Dennis & Dondi Ahlers | Owner & Operator of Advanced Moving

I'm Dennis Ahlers, owner and operator of Advanced Moving. My wife Dondi and our daughter Deni are in the office daily and also help run our family business. Our son Derek helps with the moving during the summer when he is home from college. We are definitely a family-based business and take pride in our work! I personally train all our employees to ensure they are efficient and professional on every move. 

We have owned Advanced Moving for over 24 years. Before that, we owned Academy Moving in Colorado Springs Co. for over 13 years. So, when you hire Advanced Moving, you get over 37 years of experience! We take pride in doing a job well and making sure all of your moving needs are met. Whether moving just the heavy items or packing all your belongings and moving them, we will get the job done!

Meet Chris | Head of Operations | Crew Leader

Chris has been with Advanced Moving for over 13 years. 

His attention to detail in every move and the men he oversees separate our company from similar companies. The entire staff works in harmony with Chris. In addition to his passion for work, Chris enjoys spending time with his family and, whenever possible, watching his all-time favorite football team, the New York Giants.

Meet Eugan | Mover Assist

Eugan is our Jamaican man. He is workable like no other, and he takes pride in knowing he did a job well. His personality makes it easy for anyone to work alongside him. When not working, he enjoys cooking and spending time with his wife and their new baby girl.

Meet Zach | Mover Assist

Zach is an excellent asset to Advanced Moving. His hard work and dedication are shown in every move. He works efficiently and stays focused on our clients’ needs. Zach is adventurous and loves dirt bikes and small-engine vehicles.

Meet Zander | Mover Assist

Zander’s positive energy and work ethic make it easy for him to work with all of our crew leaders and co-workers. When not working, Zander likes to work out at the Gym. He is also enlisted in the Army National Guard.

Meet Jatavius | Mover Assist

You can rest assured that Jatavius will handle your furniture carefully and work hard on every move. When Jatavius is not working with Advanced Moving, he enjoys time with his kids.

Meet Keegan | Mover Assist

Keegan is dedicated to doing a job well done. He is efficient and works well with his co-workers. When Keegan is not working, he loves spending time with his daughter or watching any sports he can find to watch.

Meet Shane | Mover Assist

Shane is our newest employee. His fun-loving personality makes him easy to work with. When Shane is not working, he is in the gym lifting or watching sports like every other guy.
